Description
Life Time Fitness is currently seeking a qualified LifeClinic Chiropractic Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and care to our LifeClinic Chiropractic patients.
As a LifeClinic Chiropractic Coordinator, you will support day-to-day operations of the LifeClinic by partnering with the chiropractic team. Utilize your passion for helping others by acting as a main liaison between the patient, Doctor, and Life Time Fitness.
Responsibilities
- Welcome each patient with a warm greeting and ensure that patients fully complete all in-take forms
- Work with Doctor to ensure accurate medical records and patient treatment plans
- Establish strong and accurate communication between the patient and doctor
- Work with insurance companies to verify specific financial contribution to patient's care
- Collect and process time-of-service payments and bill patients and their insurance companies for their treatments
- Manage the clinic's entire patient scheduling and ensure that patients are able to stay on their treatment plans
- Promote and take ownership of internal marketing within Life Time Fitness
- Ensure high patient retention through clearly communicating the value of chiropractic treatments and also clearly communication to patients' their financial responsibility
- Consistently promote and educate patients and co-workers that Chiropractic care is a part of a Healthy Way of Life
- Assist patients with rehabilitation therapy
- Serve as an ambassador to the members and surrounding community to promote LifeClinic programs and services
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED ( Two years college degree preferred)
- At least 18 months of experience working in the chiropractic industry
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Healthy Way of Life focus
