Life Time Fitness is currently seeking qualified Member Engagement Advisors to drive success in our Sales Department.
As a Member Engagement Advisor, you will inspire others to live a healthy way of life by encouraging their involvement with Life Time Fitness through membership, products and services. Through your passion for fitness and competitive drive to succeed, you will develop personalized relationships with each new and existing club member.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach
- Customize the buying experience by encouraging involvement in products and services that align with the unique needs, interests and goals of each prospective member
- Recruit new members through outbound calling and lead generation
- Develop relationships with new and current members to increase personal referrals
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Personal passion/commitment for living a healthy way of life
- 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience
